Key Features:
1. Scope:
- Aims to offer internships to 1 crore young people over the next five years.
2. Stipend and Grants:
- Monthly stipend: ₹4,500 from the government and ₹500 from companies under their CSR initiatives.
- One-time grant of ₹6,000 upon enrollment.

3. Insurance Coverage:
- Interns will be covered under PM Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana and PM Suraksha Bima Yojana.
4. Duration:
- One-year internship program.
5. Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 21–24 years.
- Education:
- Minimum qualification: Class 10th.
- Graduates from premier institutions (IITs, IIMs) and those with professional qualifications (e.g., CA) are excluded.
- Employment Status:
- Candidates must not be in full-time employment.
- Income Restrictions:
- Family income should not exceed ₹8 lakh annually.
- Families with government employees are ineligible.
