Technology-driven reforms

1. Adopt competency-based and adaptive assessments aligned with learning outcomes envisaged under NEP 2020.
2. Leverage Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) for secure, transparent and scalable examination systems.
3. Use AI-enabled analytics to provide personalised feedback and identify learning gaps.
4. Strengthen examination security through encrypted question delivery, digital monitoring and secure identity verification.
5. Promote continuous and multidimensional assessment, including projects, portfolios and experiential learning.
6. Enhance teacher capacity and digital infrastructure to ensure equitable implementation across regions.

Reforming India's examination system is central to building a skilled and innovative workforce.
