Recently, India's growth was calculated at 8.2% which surpasses most quarters. The rise is attributed to gig economy, manufacturing and tertiary sector employability. India's gig workforce is estimated at 7.7 million with only 20% representation of women. The figure is disheartening as equal representation projects growth upto 10% in GDP and national income could increase by 40%.

Your answer demonstrates good structural understanding with effective use of diagrams and relevant schemes. However, the analysis needs more gig economy-specific depth and concrete examples. The barriers and solutions, while comprehensive, require more detailed elaboration with current data and implementation strategies.
