The decision was made during the recent visit of India's Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal to Spain.
Both nations also discussed strengthening investment facilitation, improving professional mobility, and promoting joint investments in Latin America.
Spain is being leveraged as India's strategic gateway to Europe and Latin America for expanding bilateral business opportunities.
Key sectors identified for cooperation include automobiles, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, textiles, renewable energy, tourism, and infrastructure.
